This is because WhatsApp uses its own browser when you click on the link and you are not logged in to your SeatSpy account in the WhatsApp browser.

Even if you are logged in on other browsers on your device, the WhatsApp browser cannot use this and you need to login to your SeatSpy account in the WhatsApp browser.
