There are two ways to search for reward seat availability.
- If you know where you want to go us our main reward availability search.
- If you want inspiration about where you could travel with your reward points, use our Where Can I Go search.
1. Main Reward Availability Search
The main function of the SeatSpy site is to show the available reward seats for the route you search for. SeatSpy will show you all of the reward seats available for a whole year on one page.
This is the primary search method on SeatSpy. To search for available reward seats, complete this search form and submit by clicking the blue magnifying glass search button.
- Select the Airline that you want to search on
- Select the outbound airport where you want to fly from and the inbound airport where you want to fly to
- Select a One Way or Return trip

Clicking the search button will take you to the Reward Seat Availability calendars that will show you up to a whole years view of the reward seats availability for the route searched. A date with a border has availability and each segment of the border represents availability in a different cabin class.
The example below shows the results of a Return search from London to New York. The left column shows the seats available for the outbound trip from London to New York and the right column shows the seats available for the return, inbound trip from New York to London.
The example below shows that you could fly out on a reward seat on Friday 6th February in any cabin class, but you wouldn't be able to book a reward seat for the return of you wanted to fly back on Friday 13th or Friday 20th February as there are no seats available in any cabin class.

When you are on the calendar page, you can filter the results to refine your search to suit your requirements. Select the number of passengers you are looking to find available seats for and filter to just the cabin classes that you want. You can also exclude Peak or Off Peak dates and even filter down to the preferred time of day you want to travel or the exact flight numbers you want travel on.
2. Where Can I Go search
If you have reward points and want to discover all of the routes that have availability within a particular time range, you can use the Where Can I Go search to show a map of routes with availability that matches your criteria. The map below shows all of the routes that have Premium Economy seats for 4 people in August. The map shows immediately that Premium Economy travel for 4 people is not available to Europe or South America, but the Caribbean and Asia have availability.

You can make your Where Can I Go search from the SeatSpy.com home page by scrolling down to the Where Can I Go form at the bottom of that page. Select your airline and most importantly, select the Origin airport that you want to fly from. The example form below will show you all of the destinations you can book return flight reward availability from London. Set the dates you are available to travel and click the blue Where Can I Go button to show the map of routes with availability.
